They don't seem to understand, they don't seem to care.
Since Raja's ( @Ohmyhappiness ) Open Letter to MTV Lebanon ( Link ) and their answer ( Link ), i thought that they would finally make some changes.
I can't they if they did or not, since i have'nt been watching TV for the last 5 months, but today, a friend of mine asked me to watch this :

It's مثلي and not شاذ !!!!!
If you don't know the difference, GOOGLE THE WORDS !!
You call yourself the first station in the middle east, well you are giving the wrongest idea to the whole world !
That we are an ignorant country that doesn't respect all types of people in its society !
I'm 100% sure that at least 10 of your employees are either gay or lesbian, what do you think they felt when they watched/heard this ???
If you don't want to respect US, at least respect your employees.
I don't want a phone call or a letter of response like you did with Raja, but at least don't think we are stupid and ignorant and buy time with words !
I personally won't accept it anymore from the HIGH CLASS Lebanese television station.
Every time you will do it again, and i'm sure you will do it because you don't have respect to your viewers, i will campaign against you ! Till you get some IQ and start to respect the minorities in the whole world ( Since you constantly brag that you reach the whole world ).
You preach about supporting the society and giving the helpless a voice, well at least, HEAR OUR VOICE !

He said that MTV is taking what I said into consideration and that they will try to see how to integrate these changes into their TV shows.I think that the prime time news bulletin is the MAIN TV show to change.
