i was shy, i followed him from my real account on twitter. He was an openly gay man, living in a peaceful Damascus. We tweeted and replied for almost 2 months, then he told me he was coming to Beirut. i don't know why, but i really wanted to see him.
I didn't know he was gay, and he didn't know i was. I took a long lunch break and went to Zaatar W Zeit in Achrafiyeh with a "girl" friend to meet him. ( i just didn't want to be alone ).
He was very sweet, from his chat, you could clearly see a sweet caring and sensitive man.
Our meeting last for around 1h30 or 2h, and then he left with a kiss on my cheek and a "Hope to See You soon".
2 days later, i sent him a Direct Message telling him i'm gay, and i liked him.
That was in the beginning of Summer 2011.
3 Months later, i got the courage to create @CzICantTell twitter and blog, and i followed him and talked to him as a gay man, but he didn't know who i was, until he asked me if i have a Facebook and if he could add me. So i told him who i really was, and that was our new beginning.
For about 2 or 3 months, it was about 1 or 2 Facebook Messages per week, and 1 or 2 tweets, until before Christmas, i sensed that something was wrong, and i insisted to make him answer, open his heart...
We Chatted for hours, for days, since then, we chatted almost everyday, for more than 4hours by day.
He told me about breaking up with his boyfriend, about his "mess" of love life, about work, about the situation in Syria, about his friends, about his EXs, about how much headaches he is having because of his last EXs, about being depressed not finding love...
I told him my story, from when i was 12, toll the date we started chatting...
BUT
I was cautious...
Well, we live in different countries, he is Openly gay, i'm not.
And that's 2 Major problems.
What i can say about him ?
Well he was a surprise to me.
Although he can be sometimes very annoying (as in "sa2il"), but he is the sweetest guy i ever met, caring, loving, and knows how to make you feel special, even via the internet (so how about LIVE?)
Maybe what got me interested in him was his looks, but what made me fall for him what his brains.
With a simple Hi, he can make me smile, with a simple Joke, he can make me smile...
Weird enough, i enjoy talking to him about his problems, and he can listen for hours about mine.
Weird enough, i know he is too far away, i know he smokes (That is a HUGE problem for me), but that didn't stop me for falling for him...
Weird enough, i enjoyed listenning to his problems, to his complaints to his nagging about his Ex, i enjoyed reading his blog about his current flings.
In conclusion, i enjoy HIM
